Headlamps
The headlamp is suitable for situations when you need to shine light and keep your hands free. For example, you can use them during an evening mountain hike, bike ride, sewer repair, car repair, housework, fishing and many other activities. The range of headlamps is wide and the parameters many, so read more information before choosing.

How to choose a headlamp?
The requirements for the ideal headlamp will vary depending on the activity and purpose. For walking the dog, working around the house and occasional camping, a headlamp with a shorter range, shorter duration and lower luminosity will suffice. Regular runners, cyclists, mountaineers and those interested in hiking should be more demanding on headlamp parameters.
Light output
In simple terms, luminous intensity. This is given in lumens (lm). The greater its value, the greater the luminosity. Some LED headlamps offer multiple levels of luminous intensity, adjustable either in steps or continuously. However, higher luminous flux shortens the endurance. The narrower the beam, the more intensely the headlamp shines
Classification of headlamps by luminous intensity
Up to 100 lm - headlamp for home use (lighting in the basement, in the attic, when repairing the car).
100 - 400 lm - outdoor use (night running, cycling, camping).
Above 400 lm - extreme occupations and sports (rescue workers, climbers).
Maximum range of the headlamp
In general, the higher the luminous flux, the higher the range the headlamp will provide.
For home use or early evening jogging, a 50 m range is usually sufficient.
For outdoor use and active sports, an LED headlamp with a range of 100 m or more is preferable.
