Excalibur crossbow string replacement tool
How to use the product/Stringer:
Adjust the length of the jig cable so that it is only approx. 7-9 cm longer than a conventional bowstring.
The plastic eyelets with a duralumin centre of the jig are fitted to the ENDS of the FRAME. Now you stretch/string the jig wire into the ROPE MECHANISM, the ARMS will squeeze slightly, the STRING will release and you will PLACE the new STRING through the holes in the jig lugs.
TWIST the bowstring clockwise on its right side to adjust its length so that it is just above the BUTTONS of the bowstring.
Put the normal bowstring back on and carefully unload the Stringer jig by holding the stringer very tightly with only one/right/hand close to your body and release the trigger with your left hand, at the same time unclipping the crescent-shaped secondary Guardian safety that is used to catch the bowstring should you fire without an arrow. Now you squeeze the trigger, the jig cable releases and the normal bowstring snaps into place.
